Mondaysss

Alright, so you know i had a birthday last Friday, right? Well we were planning to have the party the saturday right after that. It sounded great! We were going to go up to the tubing hill and sled for about 2 hours! Sounds fun right? Right! Nope. They sent us an email saying they weren't open until Monday.

So we thought, "Oh, that's okay! We'll just tell everybody that we've postponed it until Monday!"
That was what we were doing. We called everybody, rescheduled, and thankfully they could all still make it! But, wait! They sent us another email... Sunday night, they said they were closed again. Ok....this is not working.

So now we have decided to still have the party today (on Monday), but we are not sledding! We are going to a fun place with go-karts and lazer tag, and mini golf and pizza. That's right! WE're headed to Wahooz.

Birthday

Today is the first day of the rest of...the year. :) It's my sixteenth B-day and I'm having a great time so far! Usually, I get my birthday off school because I can (because I'm homeschooled) but today I didn't get it because I'm a little behind...but hopefully I can still get Christmas break because that is all i've been looking forward to since school began last September. I know I should actually like school, but I do not, sadly. And I actually did mean sadly! If I liked school, life would be so much easier!

Well on another note, we updated our family computer, and it should be going about 7 times faster than normal, but instead it doesn't even connect to the internet, so I'm thinking we have a problem.. But because I am so loyal to my followers, I got on my mother's laptop so that I could update this like I said I would every day! :) Aren't you happy you didn't have to wait 2 long days before you heard from me again?

As you know, Christmas is well on it's way! So close..and yet..so far! But that's okay! Plenty to do before then.
Anyways, my Grandma asked my family and my aunt's family to take professional photos and give some to her as a Christmas present! We went in today to do it, and i think they were pretty good! It was black and white photos full of braces and retainers and all that great stuff! thankfully my sister and I weren't the only ones, otherwise the photos would practically be made of metal!

This afternoon before we left, I was determined to make my hair look fantastic for these pics! So I washed my hair, and because I have "naturally curly hair" it's also very frizzy, so I put alot of product in it to de-frizz a little. Then I decided I didn't want it to dry naturally. I blow dryed it. This was a major mistake! It got so bad! I tried to straighten it with the flat iron, but that (somehow) made it worse. I got my sis to look at it and see if it was okay after I curled it too and she said it sucked.
And so to end the story, I completely re-did it. I washed my hair again, and put more product in it and left it there. Turns out I should've done that in the first place because it just looked FANTASTIC! Thank God for that natural curl of mine!

Alright well I best be off! I have overdue papers to write...

Beginning

Starting a new blog is always difficult because the way you post things has to kind of stick together, "coincide" as my Geometry teacher always says. So as a warning in the beginning, I may just flip around different ways to write my posts..don't get confused! It's just how I am. In fact, most of my friends never laugh when I joke because they're all so out of the blue! We'd be talking about how easy World history is, and I'll randomly come out with a knock knock joke about oranges.. So, as I've been warming up to saying, sorry in advance!

You'll find my blog curse-word free as I am a Christian (Woohoo!) so no worries in that area or any other area concerning the rude or the "cutting it close" words or thoughts.

Now then! This new blog of mine will be all about my life as a high-schooler, and a teenager. If you want Drama, happiness, life-changing stories (as I'm sure some will come up), tears, and just plain comedy, then visit my blog daily as that is how often I will be checking in, and posting you on my totally Insane Teenager Years!
